Trio Discovery 1

This Trio Discovery offers you the opportunity to listen to one of the greatest romantic violin concertos, the one by Brahms, or Schubert’s majestic Symphony No. 9, the last one he completed, but also a piano concerto by Mozart and three beautiful 20th century works, Prokofiev’s Symphonies No. 2 and No. 5 and Richard Strauss’ spectacular Alpine Symphony.

In addition to a concert entirely devoted to Tchaikovsky including his Fifth Symphony, this Trio Discovery features classics such as Sibelius’ Violin Concerto or Beethoven’s famous Piano Concerto No. 5 “Emperor”. It also invites you to discover Richard Strauss’ lush symphonic poem Ein Heldenleben and Shostakovich’s intense Symphony No. 10.
