Cancellations information – Covid-19


Due to the actual health crisis pandemic, and in light of the government's announcements, the Cité de la musique – Philharmonie de Paris has stoped all its activities until July 15, 2020.

All concerts, conferences, workshops and visits of the Musée de la musique collections are therefore cancelled. The library will remain closed. Therefore the Days Off festival is cancelled.

Refund terms and conditions

You have purchased your tickets on our website using a bank card

Tickets purchased on our website and paid fully by bank card will be automatically refunded (excluding exchanged tickets, partial payments by gift-cards and tickets bought on our ticket exchange) the refund will be credited to the buyer’s bank account as soon as possible and will appear on your bank statement as « Philharmonie VI ».

You have purchased your tickets at our ticket counters, by telephone or by post

The tickets will be credited directly to your Cité de la musique – Philharmonie de Paris client account and will be deducted from your future purchase of concerts and activities in our establishment.

If you do not wish to be credited and would prefer to be refunded, we kindly ask you to send us an e-mail at the following address: with your bank account identification document (RIB), and by specifying your name and client number. (Refund requests are processed manually by our teleworking staff. We will make every effort to respond to requests as quickly as possible).

Specific cases

  • Spectators who purchased their tickets on the Philharmonie de Paris ticket exchange will be refunded for the amount paid (with the exclusion of a processing fee of 1€).
  • Spectators who purchased their tickets from a distributor (FNAC, SeeTickets and Ticketmaster, ticket agencies) will be reimbursed directly by the distributor.
  • Representatives of Works Councils, associations, tour operators and groups must send the bank account identification document (IBAN) to:
  • Employees who purchased their ticket(s) from their Works Council must imperatively request a refund from the Works Council representatives.
