Due to March 13th French government announcement on coronavirus COVID-19, we have to cancel all activities until April 15.

Due to the government announcement, and in order to limit the spread of COVID-19,  the Cité de la musique - Philharmonie de Paris cancels all concerts, conferences, workshops and visits of the Musée de la musique collections until April 15.

We will regularly update those informations.

Refund terms and conditions

Automatic refund
If you purchased your tickets on our website and paid by bank card, the refund will be automatic.
Your refund will be promptly credited to the buyer’s bank account.

Refund via future discount
If you purchased your tickets at our ticket counters, by telephone or by post, the refund will be a discount on your next purchase.

Specific cases

We will make every effort to process your refunds as quickly as possible.

  • Spectators who purchased their tickets on the Philharmonie de Paris ticket exchange will be refunded for the amount paid (with the exclusion of a processing fee of 1€).
  • Spectators who purchased their tickets from a distributor (FNAC, ticket agencies) will be reimbursed directly by the distributor.
  • Representatives of Works Councils, associations and groups must send the bank account identification document (RIB) to: groupes@philharmoniedeparis.fr).
  • Employees who purchased their ticket(s) from their Works Council must imperatively return the ticket(s) and request a refund from the Works Council representatives.
