The situation requires that we adapt our conditions for receiving the public according to the regulations in force. Please take note of the information below and, throughout your visit, comply with the instructions of our staff.

Prepare your visit

You are attending a concert

  • Print your tickets ahead of time or download them to your smartphone to present them for admission;
  • Arrive in advance; the doors open at 7.30pm;
  • Comply with socially distanced seating: take only every-other seat, except couples or groups;
  • Because of social distancing, only your row is guaranteed;
  • Wearing a properly fitted face mask is mandatory for the entire duration of the concert;
  • Please only leave your seat if necessary, in which case staff will guide you;
  • The audience shall exit the concert hall gradually, in accordance with distancing measures.

For refreshments

  • L’Atelier-café for a quick bite before the concert (Hall on park level – Philharmonie de Paris);
  • Le Café des concerts, brasserie open before and after the concert (Place de la Fontaine-aux-lions);
  • Le Balcon, panoramic bar and restaurant (Level 6 – Philharmonie de Paris), open from 6.30pm and after concerts.

You are coming to the Musée de la musique or to an exhibition

  • An online reservation for a specific time slot is required for all visitors, including those entitled to free admission;
  • Print your tickets ahead of time or download them to your smartphone to present them for admission;
  • Wearing a face mask is mandatory for all visitors ages 11 and up; 
  • For admission to the museum, visitors shall first sanitize their hands with the gel provided;
  • As in any space open to the public, physical distancing and personal protective measures must be complied with.

You are taking part in an activity

  • All activities are available by reservation only;
  • Wearing a face mask is mandatory for all participants ages 11 and up;
  • For admission, participants shall first sanitize their hands with the gel provided;
  • As in any space open to the public, social distancing and personal protective measures must be complied with.
