Bach’s St Matthew Passion, a staple of Eastertide concerts, has been central to Raphaël Pichon’s artistic journey. After years spent honing his vision of the work, he recorded it at the Philharmonie de Paris in 2021, and here, unveils his bright, luminous interpretation.
