The Choir
A CHOIR UNLIKE ANY OTHER IN FRANCE
Like Europe’s leading amateur choirs, the 350 children, young people and adults come together with talent and passion to sing alongside the Orchestre de Paris and guest international orchestras at the Philharmonie de Paris.
The Symphonic Choir
For experienced adult singers
The 180 singers in the symphonic choir are passionate and experienced amateur musicians.
The symphonic choir comprises a main choir, a chamber choir and an academy.
The Youth Choir
For 15–18-year-olds
Whether performing solo or alongside the Adult Choir and the Orchestre de Paris, this programme offers young teenagers with a strong background in music the opportunity to follow an educational and artistic course of the highest standard.

This children’s choir is unique in that it offers children from Year 4 to Year 9 the chance to sing under the baton of leading conductors and to receive rigorous training outside school hours.

Principal Conductor of the Paris Orchestra Choir
A British-born choral conductor, countertenor and composer, Richard Wilberforce has been conducting the Paris Orchestra Choir since September 2023.

Youth choir

Registration for the 2026 auditions opens on Monday 16 March.

Are you 25 years old or older?
Join the Main Choir or the Chamber Choir of the Orchestre de Paris.
