This is no ordinary recital: Camila Mandillo and João Casimiro Almeida transcend the format through a choreographed approach to song, heightening the expressive power of works by Saariaho, Messiaen and Crumb, alongside a new piece by Bushra El-Turk.
These artists are presented by the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation in Lisbon, Bozar Brussels and a Casa da Música in Porto.
