In the 1940s, Norman Granz launched Jazz at the Philharmonic. By injecting the jazz atmosphere into the most prestigious concerts halls, the famous producer opened up new horizons for jazz. This is the kind of spirit the Philharmonie wishes to rekindle with this new event that will be bringing together the cream of the jazz world.
