Piotr Anderszewski recorded Mozart’s Concerto K.453 for Erato in 2006.  The rest of the programme is linked through fire: Haydn’s Symphony No. 59 was used to accompany Grossmann’s play, L’Incendie (The Fire), and Schubert’s Symphony No. 5 burns with Romantic passion, simultaneously grandiose and intimate.
