Marc-Antoine Charpentier’s Messe de minuit pour noël is one of the most beautiful sacred works of the seventeenth century. This work was composed in 1690 and reconstructed by Paul Agnew and Les Arts Florissants, expert performers of the French composer’s oeuvre.
