In 2019, the exceptional quality of their first album, dedicated to Haydn (Aparté), won extraordinary critical acclaim, with honours including a Diapason d’Or, the Choc de Classica award and its selection by France Musique. The Hanson Quartet now ventures into a programme that is anything but ordained.
