After studying at the Conservatoires of Valenciennes and Boulogne-Billancourt, Nicolas Drabik enrolled at the Paris National Conservatoire of Music and Dance in Gilles Millière’s class, where he was awarded the Higher Education Diploma in 2002 with the distinction of ‘very good’ by unanimous decision.

A member of the French Youth Orchestra in 2000, he went on to become principal soloist with the Orchestre National de Lyon in 2002.

That same year, he joined the Orchestre de Paris as second trombonist, also playing the bass trumpet.

Holder of the State Diploma, he teaches and passes on his experience to the next generation.
