A talented and passionate musician, Rebecka Neumann joined the Orchestre de Paris in 2022, having served as principal oboist with the Orchestre de la Garde Républicaine for three years.

She began studying the oboe at the Cergy Regional Conservatoire (CRR) under Jean-Marie Poupelin, before moving on to the Paris Regional Conservatoire (CRR) in Nora Cismondi’s class; in 2017, she joined the oboe class taught by Jacques Tys, David Walter and Frédéric Tardy at the Paris National Conservatoire of Music (CNSM). In 2022, she obtained her Master’s degree in chamber music (wind quintet), her Master’s degree in oboe and her Diploma of Higher Studies (DE).

Her passion for orchestral music continues to grow. In 2018, she had the opportunity to take part in the tour of the Orchestre Français des Jeunes and is regularly invited to perform with prestigious orchestras such as the Paris Opera, the Orchestre de la Suisse Romande and the Radio France Philharmonic Orchestra.
