Florian Holbé
Violin
Florian Holbé began studying the violin at the Antibes Conservatoire. At the age of 11, he was a prize-winner at the Arles International Competition. He performs regularly with the Cannes Regional Orchestra.
In 2005, he was awarded a second Grand Prix d’excellence at the Nérini Competition. In 2006, he enrolled at the Paris Conservatoire in the class of Régis Pasquier and Philippe Aïche. He attended music analysis classes with Alain Nollier and Cécile Grand, and chamber music classes with Michel Strauss and Marc Coppey. He took part in orchestra sessions conducted by Lionel Bringuier, Pierre Cao and Emmanuel Krivine, alongside musicians such as Bruno Pasquier and Roland Daugareil.
In 2010, he joined the Conservatoire Laureates’ Orchestra as second concertmaster, and became a member of the Paris Orchestra Academy in 2011.
